lenco 12 vt deck lift

need a new motor lenco refuses to make parts available i figure someone must know of a parts source a shame to spend 400.00 on a new one when all I need is a motor i also tried a motor r/r company no luck there either

Had one of those things on a Chris Craft. When the motor failed for the second time I replaced it with a pair of Attwood Springlift gas springs and a latch to secure the engine hatch. Was a bit of a project, but it worked.

As for just replacing the motor, I didn't have any luck when I looked for one.
