New to me boat & first time with these trim tabs (previous boat all had Bennet). Trim tab on port side will not go down. Switches & lights appear to function properly as well as stbd side trim tab. I can hear the actuator making noise (both sides sound the same) but no movement of the port side. Is it likely the actuator is shot?
