Length of bravo 3 drive

Was wondering if anyone can get some dimensions from a bravo 3. Looking for the length from where it mounts to the transom assembly to the very end of the cavitation plate.

From the housing which bolts to the gimbal housing out to the end of the cavitation plate is 25 inches, and cavitation plate entire length is 31 1/4 inches

To add more just in case, from the center of the bottom bolt hole on the gimbal housing to the bottom of the fin is 26 1/2 inch. From the bottom of the cavitation plate to the bottom of the fin is 19 inches.

Thanks. Looking to build a lifting device as these can be awkward and heavy to install. Just don't have one available to measure at this time.

Either use an engine hoist with a hook or make something like this

Kind of what I had in mind. Figured about $80 in material to build a heavy duty one.
