Don't disagree with them OJ, they take it as dismissing their ideas and a personal attack.... delicate you know.

"CJY, as long as you dismiss others thoughts as insignificant and without thought, I'll continue to mock your pseudo intellectual, and condescending personal attacks...... God, I'd hate to be one of your students!!"

Check the record custom, it's your quote above. Nobody mentioned anything regarding dismissing thoughts or being personally attacked until you said the above. One of these times you will be honest or luck out and get it correct.

Here it is if you want to dig it out, I already have but will let you do your own so you can verify my digging.

Here is a brief description of what is there.
February 9, 2006

The Administration’s budget proposal for Fiscal Year 2007, released this week, demonstrates the President’s misplaced priorities.

Parents want their children to enter school ready to learn and to excel in the classroom and are worried about the rising cost of a college education.

The President is proposing the largest cuts to federal education funding in the 26-year history of the Department of Education.

Modest increases in some programs, including math and science instruction, are more than offset by the proposed elimination of 42 other proven education programs.

Instead of investing in education, the President is asking students, parents, and teachers to do more with less.

That last part about doing more with less kinda has a familiar ring to it doesn’t it? I do believe that is what Rummy had the troops doing when we went to war in Iraq. Just stay the course I guess.

Here is two links, you wont believe the first one maybe you won’t believe the second one ether don’t give a sxxx, here it is any way.

"Besides if we returned to the days of the 'landed' voters, we wouldn't have these problems to deal with.;) "

I've got a better idea: let's limit voting to only those over 18 who can pass the same test that immigrants have to pass to gain citizenship.

I'm all for that. Ever since I became an educated conservative I've always said we should make every voter pass a test on the basic beliefs of the candidates they are voting for.

The fact that some clueless college kid who's voting for the cuter of the two candidates will cancel out my educated, well thought out vote has always pissed me off.
