What Aldo said . . . also, LPG's main source is as a by-product of refining petroleum.
This is why it is not a real answer to big picture energy issues.

FWIW natural gas is primarily methane, sometimes as high as 100%,
usually around 90 - 95%, but sometimes even down around 70%.
The rest can be ethane, butane, propane along with inerts like nitrogen and CO2.

The engines we build are a completely normal diesel;
the head and the oil pan do not come off to convert.
We retain the original diesel injectors, turbo etc.
With that said, every iteration (specific engine model) is highly developed,
so it is very expensive for us to add an engine model to our lineup . . .
Probably the number one reason we have not been as succesful as we would like.

Is this LNP readily available? and if it is, how do you store it on your vehicle (as per a gas tank)?
Cheers
Phillip

You mean LNG, not LNP, right?

Available, yes. Readily, no.

In Aus, we've had cars running on CNG for quite a few years. LNG requires a little more infrascructure before it becomes viable. As for storage, it's a whole different ball game - Kevin?

KG, the reason I can't get any work done is because I have been waiting for a new head coming from england for the last 6 weeks. I get a call yesterday saying the head is ????????? :mad: so now the dealer is pulling one off a running tractor and getting it rebuilt for me.(mine was cracked,dropped a precup and hammered it into the exhaust port) Hopefully in a week or two I will have a tractor with a rebuilt motor, if I can remember how to put it back together and my body holds out. PS thats a whopping 144ci 35hp IH diesel.
