What Aldo said . . . also, LPG's main source is as a by-product of refining petroleum.<br />This is why it is not a real answer to big picture energy issues.<br /><br />FWIW natural gas is primarily methane, sometimes as high as 100%, <br />usually around 90 - 95%, but sometimes even down around 70%. <br />The rest can be ethane, butane, propane along with inerts like nitrogen and CO2.<br /><br />The engines we build are a completely normal diesel; <br />the head and the oil pan do not come off to convert. <br />We retain the original diesel injectors, turbo etc. <br />With that said, every iteration (specific engine model) is highly developed, <br />so it is very expensive for us to add an engine model to our lineup . . . <br />Probably the number one reason we have not been as succesful as we would like.
