Letter F

My prop numbers are 9 7/8 X 13F. What is the F for? I understand the dia and pitch but F ? The prop is on a 30 hp Yamaha, on a 16' Alum. Deep V, Need to buy a new prop. Can I use a 10 1/2" X 13 ? Thanks in advance for your input and help.

Yamaha manufactured props with an F fit 20 to 30 HP right hand rotation engines. Here is a chart;
