Lift points for 1998 Johnson 115 Ocean Runner

I need to lift the motor off the transom to remove/replace my teleflex. I see some triangular (and what appears to be) lift points pointing upwards between the heads and cylinders on each bank. Would these two spots be safe to winch the motor off the boat?

There is a loop on each side of the block to hook up a chain to. You may need to use a spreader bar to keep the chain away from the linkage on the starboad side.

All I have are two triangular pieces that appear to be lift points. They are located at the joining of the heads and block so I am "assuming" this is their purpose. Wish me luck.
