Lightwin Year and HP Please

I just purchased an Evinrude Ligtwin. There is no indication of the HP but it is a twin cylinder. The numbers are 4206S C 70142 (and I am not sure on the letter "S"). Any help would be appreciated. Alan

Its either a 1.4 HP 1937, or a 4HP 1972.

It is a 1972. The 1937 would be an Ace, not a Lightwin.
