Little Pee Force 35hp

Hello,

I have a Force 25HP running fine in the water but has very little to no pee and only some (very hot) exhaust water.
The motor does not overheat but still i want to check why i dont have any pee.

I took my boat home and put it in a bucket of water here with the water just above the anti-cavitation plate, so that the water intake filter is underwater.
However there is no water circulation at all now, u pulled a tube loose and i felt air comming out of it.

How come its not pumping water? Does anyone have a manual for me on how to check the impellor stuff and what the water in/out takes are?
I dont have time to buy one cuz i need my boat this week

OK i just started it up again and gave it a WOT, the water is running now

However little pee and the tubes that go into the engine dont have any water running thru them when i will them loose.. is this right or not?

There are also 2 holes on each side of the tail where very hot water comes out,when i hold them closed with my fingers, the water comes out thru the exhaust, it this right also?

Sounds like a very weak impeller, about to fail.
You need to replace it.
