I'm really sorry for asking a ton of questions on my 04 crestliner... but it's a 1600 super hawk

The live well ...we're does the drain go? Does it just empty into the hull.then the bilge pumps it out? Or is it actually plumbed out of the boat. ..

Just curious for next winter thinking about just dumping RV antifreeze down the drain to be safe.. but don't know were it really goes ..

Put some water in and pull the plug. It should go out the stern via a hose..... Same as the baitwell......

No need for antifreeze......

Just look at the stern of the boat (outside). If you see three holes there, one will be the hull drain and should be open to the inside of the boat. That hole needs a plug in it when in the water or you sink the boat. The second hole will have a hose that runs up to live well to fill it and aerate it. The pump will be located at the transom and takes in water through this hole. The third hole should be the drain for the livewell. The livewell should have an overflow near the top of the tank. It may exit through the side of the boat, or just "T-ed" into the drain hose.
