I picked up this 1986 Four Winns 190 Horizon and Yamaha 150 V-6 with the trailer for $950. Everything works/run fine, however I've began to repair the floor as it was soft in some spots. I've read the endless posts here and I thank everyone for their input and information. Hopefully I can get some pics up soon when the weather clears up.
I enlisted the help of my little tractor to lift out the fuel tank.

How do I handle this area? It looks like the carpet was sandwiched between the floor and the "open bow" section. Should I leave it or try and pop the whole top off and get it out of there?

i was able to tahe a pieces of flat 1/4" alum about 2" wide 18' long, ground a angled edge on it. work it under the carpet, and removed in one piece. the kick boards should be able to come out. takes a little persuation.

In Zanesville. We are hoping to use Dillon Lake frequently and possibly going to Seneca, and Saltfork. They are all pretty nice.
