Yeah, I know this isn't the right place for this, but so what! Most of the guys I know here hang out in the saltwater forum...or elsewhere!
Just sold my Key West tonight. Only had it listed for two weeks. A friends neighbor bought it. Good ol word of mouth. The KW was in great shape with only 117 hrs. Great boat but not big enough to overnight in or make the long trudge offshore to deeper water. I have to run 32 miles just to hit 60'.
As I have posted before...I have lived here my whole life, so not a rookie at going deep. We have two of everything and a well equipped ditch bag. Just needed some bunks and some fresh water. I have a handfull of boats in mind, but the KW, Sea Hunt, Scout and Robalo are all at the top of the list. Lots for sale, just need to see how serious owners are to part with them. I will update in this section and will entertain some ideas. All the boats listed are able to be towed by my 2004 Tundra with a 6500# tow rating. That eliminates the Gradys, some Wellcrafts, Seaswirl....wish me luck!!
