Looking at Carolina Skiff J12? Any Good?

A dealer has a 2008 Carolina Skiff J12 center console priced at 4995. Comes with 25 hp yamaha outboard, fish finder, and trailer.

Primarily, I intend to take it out on a local tidal river and nearby pond. I want to do some quahogging, some fishing, and just some general cruising. Most of the time, there will be 2 passengers and perhaps a dog.

Is this boat to small for that? Anything that I should know that is bad or great about this boat?

great boat. 12 is small but there is no "too small" or "too big", you have to determine that. It will be exceedingly fast, though, so hang on (I runa 50 on a 19')
