Try Active engines in Mississauga Ontario, They are a Authorized Merc rebuilder.

thanks for the links,any others? i did go see mike from Active engines.the guy know's his stuff but for the big$$$$$$.thats why i'm looking for a crate engine,this is what his bud from www.mississaugaengines.com did to my engine.<br /><br /><br />

new info. I found a remanufactured 454 gen 4 long block located in Washington 1800-942-7800 .the engine is a standard /LH rotation.<br />i asked if they could customize the engine to a stroke engine , they sold me a stroke kit for $950.00 4.25 stroke crank, H beam rods, and KB 224 pistons.does that price sound right? This gen 4 stroker engine totals up to $3201.00 us thats about $3800 ca. also did some more shopping around for a mechanic that was a little closer to my home base , it would seem the city marine mechanic are alot more expensive. $4,900.00 to $5,000.00 for a 330HP rebuild engine.<br /> how much HP will this stroke 454 gen IV make?<br /><br />thanks
