My '82 had an 'aftermarket' flip down ladder on the swim platform that looked and functioned very nice. They can be had starting around $60 on a number of the marine supply sites. Doubt you'll find an OEM ladder though.

I have the same set up. You can purchase the "step" part of it at greatlakeskipper i think. The other parts are just pipe and bolts.....I can get you the dimensions of those..
This is my swim platform on the same boat you describe. My ladder step is cracked and I've found the step for like $30 online.

The tubing is aluminum 7/8".
16" length on each side. It appears to have SS "pins" attaching them to the platform that go thru the tubing and allow the step to pivot. You have to pry up the cover plates to access them. (and to install the tubing)
I've attached some pics of the step stowed and deployed for reference.
the step is attached with thru bolts and lock nuts. I apologize, the bugs were eating me and I ran inside before I could measure them.
