Looking for a casting net!

Another thing on my wish list. <br /><br />Looking for a "low cost" mono (not nylon) 1/4 inch 4-5 ft casting net. Not many places carry the 1/4" size and I don't want the 3/8" size.<br /><br />Any ideas? Tired basspro and cabelas already.<br /><br />Thanks

Check out www.brunsonnet.com They have a pretty good variety of nets. They should have what you want in the $50.00 range. My friend got a net from them and he was pleased with it. I have a place on Cape Cod that I've gotten a couple gill nets from, I cant locate their number right now but I should have it by tommorow. Excellent quality nets, and they do special orders also.

I ran into the same problem. The 3/8 is just to big sometimes and the bait gets caught in the gills..what a pain. I haven't found a cheap 1/4" cast net yet, plenty of pricey ones thou.Check Cabelas maybe.

Memphis Net and Twine has every net in the book. Buy from internet too!
