Looking for a couple part numbers ...

I'm helping a friend with his "new to him" 1983 Evinrude 50hp outboard. (The model number is E50BELCTA)

In the event his carbs need to be rebuilt, can anyone help with the most current part numbers for the upper/lower carb assembly rebuild kit(s), and the water pump assembly? Also, any recommendations for an OEM service manual would be most helpful. Many thanks for your time in advance!

Carb kits are #396701. OEM kits are set in my opinion. Factory service manual is best also for accurate info.
