Looking for a good marine electrician near Stafford, VA

If anyone knows of a good marine electrician, I’d appreciate the name. I tried upgrading the chart plotter on my Four Winns Vista 348 but when I pulled the old Garmin out of the dash, it looked like a birds nest of undersized red wiring under the console. No rhyme or reason to it.
