looking for a J-E mechanic near Rochester NY

anyone know of an experienced trustworthy omc mechanic in the Rochester NY area. I dropped a boat off at my sons in Rochester , which is 6 hours from me and its having issues... so I need him to bring it to someone. But I need them to work on it now.... not in the spring!..... hes waiting to use the boat now...so we need a shop that's still open for repairs..

Might be able to steer you to a good shop here in Penn Yan (actually, Branchport): http://nicholsmarinaandrestoration.com/nichols-marina-restoration-contact.html . The fellow here who works on my old inboard is good on modern outboards. As the boats here are pretty well tucked away for the winter, he might be up for a project. It's about an hour away from Rochester, give or take. (Test it out on Keuka Lake.)

Got to be some good shops up there in the big town, but I don't get up there for boating stuff. Problems with salties anywhere here in upstate will be a novelty, so that's a caveat.
