Looking for a part number for pice on steering cable

I replace the steering cable in my boat over the weekend. The job went great, except for one tiny issue. There is a black plastiv cap that screws on to the tilt tube, it have a small spacer and an o-ring that it holds into place. Well I cracked it. Ontop of that when i removed it there was no o-ring in there. I have looked through my service manual and it just lists it as cap, o-ring. No part number like most of the other diagrams.

...and it has the cap included. Part number 19624A 1.

I don´t know which engine you have but it looks very much as it would work. Mine is a 2005 60hp EFI.

Thanks, i bought the same one yesterday as well, i have a 2005 50hp 4stroke EFI
Question, what throttle control do you have, i am trying to get mine apart without breaking it.

Mine is quite different, a side mounted one. Cannot help you with that one, sorry

oh, my end cap is coming in today. I sure hope i ordered the correct one, I never could find a part number for mine.
