I bought my first boat the other day a 1970 Mark Twain trihull. I got the i/o motor running and now it is time for the cosmetic. The carpet is shot and I want to use rolled rubber or something of that nature. Does anyone have sufggestions?

Look in the boat rebuilding and restoration forum, there's a recent thread on this subject, vinyl flooring, paint, DuraBak, were a few options.

Here's another supplier for vinyl marine flooring I found

My first boat was a 70 Mark Twain. Love to see some pics if you get a chance. Hull design was a little rough for the big chop, but the center V was much deeper than most of the tri hulls of the era. Actually a great boat considering the abuse I put it through.

I'm thinking that if I ever do it again, I'll use Herculiner/Rhinoliner, and put snap-in carpet over it.
