Here is my problem. I have 1977 Chris Craft drive. One of my elbows was repaired a couple of years ago, but still had small leaks. Now it is worse and don't want to chance the repair this year.

The listing for the parts is confusing. My riser is P/N CC-20-08288. Out of the riser they list a diverter (which mine does not have). Then after the diverter they list an elbow. But the elbow that they list is not an elbow, it is a flange with a straight tube on it. I need the flange with a 90 degree turn down on it to hook to the exhaust tube that comes up from the outdrive. Casting number on this part is #8138.

Can someone help me find one. I have checked several resources, sent pictures, but they keep trying to send me the straight elbow that is not an elbow. Dang it! :( Thanks......SS

350 Chevy. Trent, I can email photos to you of the elbows. The chris craft outdrive is really a volvo 280.

Mayfloat-anyone that sells Barr Marine Products can get that for you using that exact part number. By the way, hows the walleye prospect for the coming season? We always caught our biggest ones out there "in front of the power plant" :D

Re: Looking for Exhaust Elbow

Trent, The part they are trying to send me is CC-20-07605 (look at it, doesn't look like one to me). One elbow they sent P/N CC-20-0031 wouldn't work either, similar but not even close.

The 20-07605 goes in the same place as the part that I am looking for. It is an actual 90 degree elbow. Gasket number CC-47-07596 would be the gasket that I would use between the riser and elbow. Check your e-mail, I tried to send you photos.

zzzz, My best luck for perch and walleye have been about a mile to the west of Green Island. Know where you are talking about though
