I'm looking for a source of solid stainless finishing washers.
I don't want the stamped ones as they will cut the vinyl that I'm covering my new helm trim panel with. The ones I'm looking for are flat on the backside and countersunk on the face.
The only solid finishing washers I have found so far are made of brass not stainless. :(

I know what your talking about with the washers cutting into vinyl.

I took SS flat washers, then put a countersunk (whatever they are called) washer on top. The flat washer keeps the sharp finish washer from digging into the vinyl and you don't notice the flat washer,,, unless you look closely. Well at least that's the way it was on my padded panels :rolleyes:
