I was wondering if anyone would happen to know where I can find an electric start assembly for a 1958 Johnson 18hp model #fd 12

Howdy, mojo.<br /><br />Welcome aboard. :) <br /><br />Try tcoutboard.com. They have some of everything ever built. Used, of course.<br /><br />Get the wiring harness, too. You will need it.<br /><br />Good luck. :)

Thank you, I've been to about a thousand websites looking and keep coming up empty handed, maybe this time I might get lucky.

Of course you can watch ebay all kinds of outboard stuff pops up regularly.
