Looking to find a dash panel for a marine stereo install

Short story long: I bought a new stereo to replace the 1996 one in my boat. The new one is a different manufacturer and is a Din style, not the kind with a volume knob and a tuning knob. The problem is, the hole in my dash from the first stereo is so large that I can't mount the new one, since there is nothing to screw into. So I need like a blanking panel or something like that so I can screw the panel to the boat, then screw the new stereo to the panel.

Any clue where I could find such an adapter panel/plate?

Depending the size of the hole and the size of the remaining console material, you may want to repair the surface and then cut out exactly what you need. Post a picture if you can.

They make a double din to din mounting kit that may work for your application. You can even get it with a little "tray" under the stereo.

Thanks everyone. I ended up finding one that Jensen made that had a larger bezel and hole pattern. It worked like a charm.
