They might be turning it into a fish attractor,<br />or not. they might be waiting for the lake level to drop, or they just dont care!<br />I say use a big hammer to get the job done.

That looks like a pretty expensive minnow bucket to just leave it sunk like that. I wonder if it's stolen?

That picture reminds me of an incident that happend in the UK a couple of years ago.<br />Couple getting divorced, he didn't want her to have it so he scuttled it.<br /><br /> sunk yacht <br /><br />

you'd think they would sell it for dirt cheap or something rather than just letting it go to waist like that. I don't understand people with money.

You know you can exercise "mariner's law" on that boat? It certainly appears to be "in peril" so you could rescue the boat, and at a minimum, collect a handsome fee, if not take legal posession of the vessel.

Can you use "mariner's law" even if it is tied up to a private dock?

Me, too, esp. if you're getting nothing either way. Noticed also it was £100,000, too. (~$175,000)
