looper stator problem?

Well,i went out today and removed all of the hoses and with a syringe they all would suck one way but not the other.I guess they are working properly.I can see the idle adjust screws in the front of the carbs but i can't tell what to use to turn them?What kind of tood fits these?

9/64" allen wrench. You may have to use a pick to clean out the green epoxy from the internal hex of the allen screws, compliments of the EPA.<br /><br />It is a lot easier if you can find the "ball-head" allen wrenches as they don't have to be exactly straight to fit in.<br /><br />Most motors like yours idle best when the screws are between 5 and 7 turns open.
