I have read some other posts that made me target my teting. I lost all power to the boat after jumping the battery when it was dead. Connected a fully charged battery and the power seems to stop after the 90 volt fuse. I purchased a new 90 volt fuse and installed it, same problem...power on the positive battery connection at the solenoid post at the fuse, but not at the screw post on the fuse with the orange cable going to alternator.

I did a continuity check on the old fuse and it is bad (I assume I am testing it correctly...flat brass flange with one prob and screw post with the other). I double checked continuity on the new fuse the same way and it is good.

I am confused then why I am not getting power past the fuse. Could it be a bad starter or solenoid? Looks for some guidance.

If your not getting power thru the fuse its blown. The fuse is replaceable

Remove the fuse and have a look

Most have all the wires attached to the fuse, when actually only need the orange wire. The fuse is used to protect the alternator. The 50 amp breaker protects the motor and the trim pump has its own fuse
