loss if power at WOT

well i finally fixed the problem i have been trying to track down all summer. my engine would surge at idle and die as soon as if gets put in gear after being on the lake for 1-2 hours...threw a brand new power pack on it. pretty happy about that but now another issue came about......when i get her wide open it runs awesome then seems to lose a little power at WOT it will come and go. losing spark on a cylinder or 2??? i plan on just replacing all the coils, plug wires and plugs and im assuming this will solve it...any other thoughts id appreciate. this is a 1997 150 evinrude intruder

now that ive been thinkin about this issue. i dont think there is a problem. its never done it before today. and started doing it later during my trip. i think i was just low on fuel. took the boat out today to make sure i fixed my previous issue. and basically ran it until i ran out of fuel so im guessing it just wasnt getting as much fuel as it needed for WOT. so i wont do anything until i fill the tank up and run it again. but if it does do it. i will be replacing coils and wires
