Is the oil reservoir low level alarm in any way tied to the throttle or ignition in a way that would cause the motor to go from running great at full throttle to slowing down to just above idle RPM's? The motor has had both carbs cleaned, rebuilt fuel pump, new plugs, and water pump impeller changed. Problem still exists. Starts great, idles great, good tell-tell water flow. But will only run at high RPM maybe 30 seconds before slowing down, as if the throttle is being pulled back. Thanks for any help/advice you have to offer!
