2000 Mercruiser 4.3l efi. Resealed the intake due to an oil leak(turned out to be timing chain cover) and now I only get to 4200rpms WOT. Engine runs great,no misses,backfiring,nothing. SM#25 says prop problem(didn't change that),dirty hull(clean),drive mounted too low(Ah,yea). Yall think this could still be a timing issue?
