Lost a good friend ...

Lost a good friend and parishoner early this morning. He closed his eyes and gave up his fight with cancer. He is out of pain and in the loving arms of his savior now, so he is in a much better place, but will be greatly missed by his family and friends. Please keep his widow and family in your prayers, his grandkids are taking it very hard today. Thanks.

Let's pray that we find a cure to cancer soon. Being out of pain is a nice consolation.
