Any Idea how I can get a duplicate key?

This is an OMC throttle, keyed starter switch and kill switch

You may have to take it to your local shop. They should have a big ring of keys to try and order the correct one from that.

Check the area around the key switch for a code. If you find it, take that to the dealer and they will provide a key. There aren't that many different types. Otherwise the tryout ring is an option.

Generally cheaper to just remove the key switch and replace it with a new one.
