I don't know how great an idea it is to let an automotive shop work on a 2-stroke crank. You need a hardened surface for those rollers to roll on and I'm not sure spray welding would do it. Perhaps others who know better could comment.<br /><br />Neeca Precisions (http://www.neecaprecisions.com/) repairs 2 stroke cranks by slightly grinding and then supplying a larger bearing. Perhaps there's a local shop who can do something similair.
