Lost! Winterizing Question....

New to me used 1991 2300SRC Maxum I want to winterize in the next few weeks.... I'm going to have the shop do the motor but I have a sink,toilet and holding tank. I'm familar with winterizing my motorhome but never a boat. If anyone has the same model/boat can give me some direction or guideance it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Best thing to do if you can is to gravity drain the freshwater holding tank by disconecting the main supply line. Then blow regulated compressed air through the lines to purge them. Reconect the main line and drop a little non tox antifreeze in the bowl and the holding tank. Pressurize the system and turn on the furthest faucet to get the non tox through the lines. Flush bowl. Since you purged the system you don't need much non tox, just a bit for protection. Last thing is to leave the faucets open. You didn't mention if you have hot water so neither did I.

Thanks for the info! I'm still trying to figure out the hot water system...it's been raining and haven't gotten out to check things out.
