I am not sure. How do you tell? The symbol at the bottom of the gauge is a T with a bracket on each side of it.

Theres bound to be some sort of symbol or name on it somewhere. It should be adjustable. Make sure its set on position 6.

It is a Teleflex...How can I tell if it is adjustable?

Ya know, thats kind of interesting. Looking back at most of the posts about low rpm and the prop / motor not responding as expected, the T-flex tach comes up a lot. Hummm.....<br /><br />Anyway there should be a dial or setting on the back. Make sure its set on 6.

I checked the back of the tach and it is set on 6.

Dhadley,<br />I received my new OMC/BRP tach and when I removed the old Teleflex tach I noticed that it was set on position 12. Each terminal has two wires connected to them. Gray, Blue, Black and Red. The new tach has Bat, GND, SIG "Sync Stbd, Sync Port, Light. How do I connect and should it be set on 6 or 12?
