Low compression on Merc 650

Hey Guys,
I have a 1964 Merc 650 that hasn't run for 6 or 7 years. I used Sea Foam in the cylinders and let it sit a couple of days before trying anything. Bought a new battery and did a compression check today. Not good.

#2 135
#3 10 It looks like #3 is a dead duck!!!
#4 130
I sprayed more sea foam in it and will let it sit but I think that's wishful thinking. What do you guys think?
Do you think I could get more for it by parting it out or selling it as is? I'm not going to fix it. Thank You

imho you have a fried piston my compression on number 3 was 30psi and it was frazzled take the transfer port cover off and have a look see at the number 3 piston and rings but be prepared for a shock
