Re: low RPM's Low Power

thats what im hoping.IM off the rest of the week starting tomorrow so i am going to take theboat to the lake so i can put the back end in the water for testing.IM going to turn the screws all the way in and start by turning each 1 turn out and see how it goes from there.Hopefully that will solve my issue.

Adjustments on the carb are harder when you are dealing with multiple carbs. Best to start at 1 1/2 turns out. Do 1/8 turn incriments clockwise till motor starts to race. Then go 1/8 turn increments counter clockwise till motor starts to stumble. The half way point between these settings is ideal. A word of warning these motors are better to run slightly rich versus slightly lean. A lean motor will burn out quicker.

when you do the compression check, are you removing 1 plug at a time and testing that cylinder or removing all three and then testing?
