lower casing oil change on 65 hp merc blue band

hi, hope some one can help, Iv drain the oil from the lower casing unit and im having problems as to were to fill it up!, I was told to remove the screw marked flush, but this was for the water as i found out!!!!!!! I wont trust this guy again.
please can some one help, I m itching to get out on the water

Just below the flush screw there is another screw that look just like the drain screw remove it, it's the vent fill from the bottom till it runs out the vent and replace the screws.
