lower unit 1985 25hp jonhson water in oil

i have a 1985 25hp jonhson and am getting some water in the oil of the lowerunit.wondering what seals to replace and where they are because i already have lowerunit apart replacing inpleller and is there anything else i should take care of at this point.thanks

Try replacing the vent and fill plug seals and see if it cures it.

agree, that is what i would do first, and check the oil after several uses.

thanks i will try that. i was just wondering since i have it all apart should i go any further beyond the oil plug seals.there does'nt seem like much water in with the oil.

putting new gasket in lower part of water pump.just wondering if i install as is.or need a gasket silicone or other.thanks
