This 115hp Merc needs new gears...
Ive found the parts but not sure if we need to take it somewhere for the labor? Or can they be replaced by us or someone with ouboard motor experience? And we're wondering if the gears are shot, maybe just invest in a whole new lower unit? Opinions or advice...??
