Lower unit hardware torque specs

Hello again

Im going to be installing a Lowerunit in there near future but want to get everything lined up so the process will be smooth and no hang ups. What are the torque specs on my lower unit hardware. 1991 200HP Offshore.

1/2 x1 (Trim tab bold- Manual said to 25FT.LB is this good?)

9/16 x1 (Next to trim tab bolt)

5/8 x4 (Middle nuts)

5/8 x1 (Front tip of Lowerunit bolt)
