I have a late 80's or early 90's 15hp 2 stroke mercury. Unsure of the year because the serial number sticker is missing a corner that has the first 2 or 3 numbers on it but its older than the 99 i had that was basically the same motor just the next body style. anyways the lower unit is getting water in it and i was wondering how to go about finding the leak and also how to get the shift linkage apart. thanks
