Lower Unit leaking water

Hi, I was flushing my motor the other day which is a 1994 Johnson 150 and noticed water was coming form the seams where the lower unit bolts up. Is this normal? It's not alot of water but it was draining down from there on both sides.

Not a big deal at all as far as I know.
