Say i just drained the LU on my newly gotten '68 Playmate with a 90 hp , with an OMC sterndrive , the oil was yellow, milky colored so i have to assume the worst, i have the oil to put back in, type c for the electric shift, i hate to put it back in and then have to fix the seals whatever that let the water in, the motor has not been run for a long time other then briefly this summer, my question is , can i spray fogging oil in and seal it back up till spring, or if not fogging oil then what

Ayuh,..... For storage, fill it with any clean oil, 90wt. is better, but not necessary...

Just put some engine oil in it if you aren't going to run it. The only thing you are wanting to do is prevent water (aka rust) on the parts inside.
