Re: lower unit size and years

I believe you are looking for a unit from a 90 hp, 120 hp, or 150 hp, from 1990-1994. These should all have the 2 piece driveshaft like yours has.

You also need to get one with the same exhaust type as yours, either single exhaust, or dual exhaust.

Single exhaust exits thru the exhaust snout above the prop, only.

Dual exhaust exits thru the snout AND the center of the prop.

thanks roscoe...i definetly have dual exhaust cause water comes out from prop......but last time i took off lower unit the drive shaft "seemed" to be in one piece (20") is there a sure way to tell if you have a one piece or two piece?

2 piece driveshaft will have a union/joint, just above the water pump.
