Lowrance fish low-k-tor

I just bought a lowrance fishlo-k-tor from ebay with the transducer mount for the back of the boat . for 35.00 dollars . I was wondering how good are they . It looks very cool anyway but never used one ,just on my minn-kota sonar 35 trolling motor had sonar in the motor part of it . That worked ok at flashing the depth . I could of bought a used lcd style one from lowrance or eagle , or humminbird ,But I only would like to see the drop- off or weed line in the water . Im not very picky on the type of sonar unit I can use ,Price matter to me . Plus I think there was alot of quality in older things back in the days . also portable battries now that you can buy for 20.00 that are 12v and can recharge them too make this more of something I wanted , plus its cool looking . Im told I can use it for ice fishing in the winter time too .
