I just picked up the new Boaters World catalog and found that fuel management systems have gotten much cheaper this year. Navman and Lowrance are now offering independent gauges or they can link in directly to some plotters/ff etc. I am looking at the Lowrance gauge but can not find any info anywhere, West Marine, Boat US or internet searches ... lowrance website doesnt even list it. they seem to be very new, but does anyone have any opinions about these? thank you

Re: Lowrance fuel flow monitor

gday i had a navman fuel meter fitted to my last boat it was great. over 100lt used it would say about 105lt used. take someone out get back to the dock i would say hey look at the gauge we have used 40lt. it made it easy to show how expensive it is to run a boat. and to get them to dig deep in to there pockets petrol is a dollor fifteen a lt down here. it more than paid for its self. i am waiting for the lowrance one to come out cause i like there sounders better cheers. greg :) :)
