Lowrance HDS8- What Generation Unit Do I Have?

I bought the used boat with the Lowrance HDS 8 several years ago. I went on the Lowrance website recently to download the software update. I was told if the Lowrance is a Gen 2, it will say Gen 2 on the start up screen. Mine says nothing about that, so I'm assuming it's a gen 1. Looking at the gen 1 updates on the site, I see two selections. I don't know which one I need to download. Can anyone tell which one I need, just by looking at the pic? Thanks in advance

option 1 HDS - 4.1 software is what you need. I too think that is a gen 1 based on the stats screen showing application 2.5 on it

Lowrance HDS8 Gen 1 is now updated to newest version 4.1!!!! Didn't know there were updates until someone told me about it the other day...lol
