Lowrance X50ds using MK US2

I'm running my X50ds off of a Bow Mounted MK Fortrex with the US2 (Built in Transducer), I also have a HB 385 Ci combo on consol with stern mounted transducer. What is happening is, when in the Fish ID Tracker Mode with Depth reading is on it's showng all depths apprx. 5 feet less than my HB on all targets. Also when HB is showing target on bottom I'm showing none up front on the X50....seems like 7 feet is the limit it'll read. When switched to Fish ID OFF mode I'm getting a Grey BLOB like image & no arch like image when fish is found.. The depth & water Temp are spot on match with the HB 385. Could it be the built in US2 Transducer on om MK Fortrex???? All adjustments to the X50 are made according to the manual(I've went up & down on most of the settings & made no difference to my problem).
P.S. it does have a very good picture of surface & bottom.
